Meet Anna Kara
I’m a Jersey City-based photographer working throughout New York City and New Jersey.
My approach combines thoughtful preparation, natural direction and a cinematic editing style. I want the final photographs to feel polished, but I also want you to recognize yourself in them.
Whether I’m photographing a couple, family, business owner or event, I pay attention to the details that make the session specific: the people, setting, light, movement and reason the photographs are being created.

Professional services include headshots, personal branding, fashion photography and corporate events.
How far in advance should I book?
Contact me as soon as you have a preferred date. Weekends, events and seasonal outdoor sessions usually require more advance planning.
